The Gigantress Cookie Blob.

This is not what you want to have happen when you decide to make a batch of Oatmeal Chocolate Chunk Cookies.

I’m too pissed off to even analyze and then type the answer to you as to what went wrong.

(All I know is this- gluten-free flour, ugh.
And I guess I didn’t chill the dough enough before baking.
And maybe I didn’t space the dough scoops out enough since they were meant to be massive cookies.)

But still.

Not cool when you wanted to take a batch to a meeting where each person should have had their own cookie, not a piece of a cookie that bled into another cookie that was really an inbred part of another cookie that was a part of every other cookie on the sheet.

Yeah, they still tasted great. But still.
