  Yeah, it’s not a typo.

  I meant to say HazelNOT, not Hazelnut… for rather obvious reasons, don’t you think?  (See picture above.)

  (These little charcoal nuggets are the disaster version of the Hazelnut Double Chocolate Cookies, which I totally recommend baking as long as you don’t have a Fisher & Paykel oven, which tends to char the ass [literally, the bottom side] of everything placed in the middle rack or lower.  Top rack, fine.  Middle rack, see above.  Lower rack, don’t want to even know.  Break out the fire extinguisher.)
