Possessed by the Devil… Angel Food Cake.

  I can’t even begin to comment on what happened here, other than to say that I need to perform an exorcism of sorts in my kitchen.

  Apparently the devil won the arm wrestle with the angel, at least in this batch of what was supposed to be adorable mini Angel Food Cakes.

   

  (The recipe worked out quite well in the 10″ pan, as you’ll see here in the official Angel Food Cake post.  Don’t let the fact that I am being punished by the baking gods prevent you from making a fantastically fat-free dessert.)

  (To confirm- I still kept the pieces and shards and crumbs of the possessed cake for The Husband, who will pretty much eat anything, unless a cat has been into it.)
