Silicone Sucks.

  I am officially throwing out my silicone baking pans.

  Because they suck.

  (In the spirit of being an accountable person, I am willing to take responsibility for the [many] mistakes I make in the kitchen.  See this entire freaking page for honest accounts of my failures.  But in this case, I can’t see where I went wrong.  Kind of like when I unwittingly beheaded and dismembered the little gingerbread men over the holidays. I have no lesson to learn from.)

  Silicone- screw me no more.

  
  (I know you want to know what the cake is, don’t you?  It’s the heavenly Peanut Butter Cream Cheese Pound Cake.  If you make it in an actual Bundt cake pan, not a new-fangled silicone one, you might actually get it out in one piece.)
